What are your important rules before booking an appointment?

For all colouring or chemical treatments, a skin test must be done 24 hours prior to booking. Please note, we do not offer refunds on services.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation.

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

If you arrive later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment, it will unfortunately be cancelled.

How do you protect my personal information?

We strictly follow all data protection rules to ensure your personal information, such as your name, email, and details about your hair, is kept secure and private.

What if I am unhappy with my service?

If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you received, please discuss it with us before leaving the salon. We cannot rectify issues after you have left.
